We're looking for an Accounting & Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and support financial operations across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the COO, you'll work across the full accounting and financial cycle, from client billing to month-end close, revenue analysis, and audit support, alongside Operations, Product, and Sales. It's a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how a growing SaaS business actually runs.
What you’ll do
- Participate in the monthly accounting close (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals)
- Prepare and validate client billing based on platform usage data
- Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks Online
- Contribute to monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Improve financial processes and automate recurring tasks
- Collaborate with Operations and Product to understand revenue data
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (HEC Montréal, McGill, or equivalent)
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, complex formulas)
- Attention to detail, organizational rigor, and an analytical mindset
- High-energy and responsive, with a willingness to take initiative
Nice to have
- CPA candidate or in progress
- Interest in automation (Python, SQL, or BI tools)
- Exposure to QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or regulated environments
