We're looking for a Sales Representative to help more provider organizations bring remote patient monitoring to their patients. You'll own relationships with health systems and physician groups, show them how CareSimple fits inside their existing Epic and EHR workflows, and help them launch programs they keep clinical control of. Much of our growth comes from referrals and reputation, and you'll build on that with a consultative, low-pressure approach.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full sales cycle with provider organizations, from first conversation to signed agreement
- Run discovery and tailored demos that connect CareSimple to each customer’s clinical and financial goals
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to scope programs and onboarding
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast
- Represent CareSimple at conferences and across the Epic ecosystem
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally healthcare IT, medical devices, or SaaS
- Comfort selling to clinical and executive stakeholders
- A consultative, honest approach that builds trust over time
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Preferred: familiarity with RPM, CPT reimbursement, or Epic
